But she didn't show!

I had a date in Norbury. We were to meet in the village at 8.35 precisely and she would take me over to Stone. I turned up, but despite waiting and waiting she didn't show. Perhaps she knew I planned to leave her there and pick up another. In fact I had a plan to pick up as many as I could, until I got bored with them, or knackered or lost! I'll tell you how it went tomorrow.
