Irish Mooring Regulations

As it was  late Autumn there were very few boats moving and all the moorings we saw were full of, mostly, unoccupied boats. I didn't notice any signs distinguishing "visitor" moorings from "long-term" ones, but "Five Leaves" appears to have acquired, dare I say, an archetypal "Irish" mooring permit!
